  • I understand that sound and vibrational therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.
  • If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapist so that sound levels can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the session.
  • I understand that the services offered today are not a substitute for medical care. I understand that my therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.
  • I affirm that I have notified my therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries.
  • I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical condition. I understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should I forget to do so.
  • I understand that sound and vibrational therapy is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.
  • I understand that, because sound and vibrational therapy work involves light touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19.
  • By signing this release, I hereby waive and release my therapist from any and all liability, past, present, and future relating to sound and vibrational therapy and bodywork.

Certain of TRAUST HAVN LLC, DBA ARKHE SOUND products may contain essential oils, butters and oils from natural nuts, seeds and fruits, as well as soy, dairy, honey pollen or wax from bees, shellfish and eggs. If you have any allergies, medical conditions or are pregnant, please read the product label carefully and consult your healthcare professional prior to use. We recommend that people who are pregnant, have medical conditions, allergies, sensitive skin and/or other skin concerns perform a patch test and/or consult a healthcare professional prior to use. Discontinue use of any TRAUST HAVN LLC, DBA ARKHE SOUND product should irritation occur.  TRAUST HAVN LLC, DBA ARKHE SOUND products are for external use only unless where otherwise indicated. If any minor uses any TRAUST HAVN LLC, DBA ARKHE SOUND products, it should be only after the legal or parental guardian has discussed the TRAUST HAVN LLC, DBA ARKHE SOUND product with the minor’s healthcare professional.

Please be aware that while essential oils are natural plant extracts, there is still the possibility of allergic reaction, just like any other substance. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any adverse reactions and contact your doctor. Essential oils are not meant for ingestion, and may cause serious adverse reactions. Please use only as directed.

TRAUST HAVN LLC, DBA ARKHE SOUND and its subsidiaries are not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt or have sensitive skin, always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.

Again “all-natural” does not mean “allergy-free.” Natural plant essential oils may still cause skin irritation or reactions in certain individuals.

PATCH TEST

It’s always a good idea to test your skin to check for a reaction from any new products that you are going to use on your skin. Apply a small amount of any new products provided by TRAUST HAVN LLC, DBA ARKHE SOUND and the blended product to clean skin on the inside of your elbow. Cover and leave for 24 hours. If a rash or redness appears, do not use this product.
